Mutianyu Great Wall --Tiananmen Square -- Forbidden City 

Itinerary:

8:00-8:30 a.m. Beijing downtown hotel pickup &Mutianyu Great Wall

Morning

In the morning you will first go visit the Great Wall of China at Mutianyu section,it is about 1 to 1.5 hours drive, which is regarded one of the most beautiful section, less touristy and crowd compare to Badaling Great Wall, it is covered by more trees, this section is more older and steeper. A cable car or chair lift helps you to get on the wall quickly and easily. Enjoy your leisure at the Wall about 1 to 2 hours to feel the history and to become the"real hero"(Chairman Mao said). After the Wall, you can either have Chinese style or western style lunch nearby,  such as"Subway”," School. House".

Afternoon

After lunch, you will return to city and explore Tian’anmen Square first, where you can see the buildings of  Tian'anmen Tower,Monument to the People’s Heroes, the parliament and national flag. From the Square you walk to Forbidden City afterwards to explore the largest and best preserved cluster of ancient buildings in China. Find out why it is called "Forbidden City", and figure out  the 9,999.5 rooms.

Evening (option)

Night life in Beijing is also colorful, Chaoyang Theater Acrobatics show and Red Theater Kungfu show are highly recommended. Inform us in advance for bookings.
